Yoga has been a part of my existence since 1970, when I took an after school yoga class at my Catholic High School in New Jersey. It’s been a touchstone for my marriage as both of us continue exploring what our bodies and minds can teach us about life, our relationship, and ourselves. We need support for the full flowering of our potential. Through the practices of yoga, meditation, and deep relaxation, I believe you can align your heart more closely with your sacred center. This is the way to live a richer, deeper, happier, and healthier life. This is the way out of the dis-connect that has become a modern way of life.
