SLOW FLOW Yoga for balancing your life and rejuvenating your heart. All Levels welcome. $10 donation accepted.
Monday Yoga, Levels 1-2 5:30-7:15 PM. This class encompasses a wide range of movement. We explore and develop our physical abilities while developing friendship with the Self. Inversions, Balances, Twists, Standing Poses, Forward and Back Bending poses are included. Guided Breathwork, Relaxation, and Meditation help round out the practice. $10 suggested drop-in donation.
Tuesdays/Thursdays 10:00 – 11:15 AM Have fun while expanding your mental and physical edges. Work on balance, strengthening, and stretching before a joyful journey into deep relaxation. For some, this class provides their first taste of truly relaxing. $7 – $10 suggested drop-in donation.
Private sessions for Breath Retraining, Posture, Relaxation, Yoga, and Meditation are available for $50.00 per hour. There’s nothing like a private session to get you back on track after being away for a while, or to help support your own practice. These sessions are individually scheduled, at 11:30 on T/Th, if possible.
