I recently found your website and I have a few questions!
I am 46 years old and was involved in a car accident 14 months ago. My Pain Management Dr. suggested that I find a Beginner Yoga class. I have 2 herniated discs (neck and lower back). I also have a problem with my left shoulder. It seems that walking is the only exercise that doesn’t cause more pain or discomfort. Prior to the accident, I followed a fitness show on tv that did include Yoga as well as Pilates.

It seems like the SPA Yoga/Deep Relaxation class might be best for me, any advice? Also my 20 year old daughter is interested in starting Yoga.

Thank you so much for your time. Have a great day!

Tracey, We’d love to see you enjoying the Deep Relaxation benefits of our Spa Yoga class. Why not join us on Thursdays at 11:30 AM. Wear loose clothing. Your daughter would probably benefit from the Monday evening class at 7:30 PM.
      See you soon, carolyn

    Hi Carolyn,
I was wondering if you still had yoga somewhere. (OF course I knew you would but wasn’t sure where.)
So please tell me if this yoga is open to everyone. And from what I see you have two classes being offered? Mondays and Tuesdays? Please let me know. I’m also sending you something in the mail to take a peak at. I thought you might be interested. Thanks and have a beautiful weekend!
    Hugs,
    MaryJo
