Mom’s Three Week Cole Slaw

INGREDIENTS

3 lb. cabbage

2 onions

2 C. sugar

1 C. oil

2 tsp. celery seed

1 Green pepper

1 C. vinegar

1 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop or shred cabbage, pepper, onions, and sugar together
  2. Boil the oil, vinegar, celery seed, and salt.
  3. Pour over cabbage.
  4. Place in Refrigerator
